v3.33.0
A small update: Accounting now warns you before you enter a booking twice, the server list ranks servers by how full they are at prime time, and a few fixes.
Good to know
- While you add an income or expense by hand, Accounting now warns you if the booking may already exist: a red notice for the same invoice number, a yellow one for the same amount within 7 days. Each hit opens the existing entry in a new tab. Docs
- Record receipts now always catches a receipt whose invoice number is already in your books, even if the AI missed it, and lists bookings with the same amount on the receipt's card. Docs
- The server list on dzbot.de now shows how full a server is at its prime time — the average players online during
its 6 busiest hours of the day, against its slots (e.g.
86 / 100) — and ranks servers by it. The old 7-day average counted the empty mornings and made servers that fill up every evening look half empty. You see the same number on your Listing page. Docs - Team register: confidential documents now show their title (with upload date and uploader) to the whole team; only their details and files need the personal-data right. Docs
- The status filter on the team page has a new "All" option next to Active and Archived.
Fixed
- The team member field on accounting entries now also finds archived team members, so an expense can be booked to someone who has since left the team.
- AI receipt drafts (descriptions, notes, summary) are now written in the language you use dzbot in, instead of always in English.
- Changing the map on a server whose Nitrado connection was lost now says that Nitrado must be reconnected first, instead of failing with a generic error.
