A big update for maps: every map in dzbot now uses dzbot's own topographic map with smooth zoom, there is a free public DayZ map at dzbot.de/map, and the Badlands and DayZ 1.30 items can be picked in the shop.

Our own map​

All maps in dzbot — Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal and Nasdara — now use dzbot's own topographic map, drawn from the game data: every building with its real outline, roads, rails, power lines, fences, single trees, streams and relief. You can zoom one level further than before, down to single trees and rail tracks, and zooming is smooth with the mouse wheel and pinch. Docs

A free public DayZ map​

dzbot now has a free interactive DayZ map for everyone, no sign-in needed: Nasdara, Chernarus, Livonia and Sakhal on dzbot's own map, with wells, fuel stations, hospitals, police and fire stations, military bases, castles and more built into the game, plus heli crash sites, convoys, vehicle and boat spawns, contaminated zones, animal territories and player spawns from the vanilla mission files. Search places or coordinates, switch layers on and off, and share a link to any spot. Made for the phone first. Open it from "Map" in the menu on dzbot.de or at dzbot.de/map.

Badlands and 1.30 items​

The new items from the Badlands DLC and DayZ 1.30 can now be picked in shop items, item sets and every other item picker: Lee-Enfield, MP-18, Luger, SCR 16, Scimitar, Jambiya, the two motorbikes, the beige M1025, desert ghillie and camo variants, Kameez, Turban, Keffiyeh, the new food and drinks and more. They come with pictures rendered from the game, and so do about 1,100 older catalogue items that had none. "Import Demo Items" in the shop offers 47 ready-made Badlands items in the existing categories.

Good to know​

  • The satellite view is gone; the map toggle no longer appears.
  • On a laptop, two fingers on the trackpad move the map; pinch zooms.
  • map.image pictures in actions use the new map and go up to zoom 8. Docs
  • Mod creators can use {$mission} in file contents and paths to make a multi-map mod change something on one map only, e.g. {if $mission === 'dayzOffline.nasdara'}…{/if}. Docs
  • Boosted Cars now also boosts motorbikes on Nasdara (update the mod to version 3).
  • In the admin, a subscription's detail view now has End in its menu, and membership subscriptions only show the fields that apply to them (description and owner).

Fixed​

  • Deleting a subscription offer is recorded in the audit log again.
  • A player can no longer book the same membership twice; the offer card shows it as their plan.
  • The balance in the header updates right after booking or changing a subscription.
