Event templates

Save your recurring events once and let moderators set them up in a click. On any event, Save as template keeps the fields you switch on (dates never). Under Events → Templates you create, edit and delete them, and Create event on a template opens a normal, fully editable draft with those fields filled in. Events made from a template show a "Template: …" badge in the admin area. Docs

Events in a zone, without the bans

In an event's settings, pick Zone exemptions: while the event is running — from the first draw until you close it — its participants are exempt from those zones' rules, so a boxing match in the safe zone no longer gets anyone banned. Prize ranks can also carry a Discord role: on payout the role is taken from its previous holders and given to the new winners. Docs

Record receipts

On Accounting → Expenses, click Record receipts, take photos or drop PDFs — several receipts and pages at once — and the AI drafts the expenses: vendor, date, invoice number, amounts per VAT rate, category. It spots receipts you already recorded and back sides that belong to an existing draft; you review, split or merge before anything is created, and book the drafts as usual. It uses a little AI credit and works without it, with empty drafts. Docs

• Manual income and expense lines take net and gross: type the one you know, the other follows from the VAT rate. Organization line items now have a category too. Docs
