v3.16.0
A big update: memberships and paid subscriptions, an AI Companion that waits for things and gets back to you, Nasdara as a selectable map, iZurvive custom maps kept in sync, and a new monetization guide.
Action needed
- Before you sell subscriptions for euros, review the Subscription terms under organization settings → Monetization. dzbot ships a template, but you are the seller, so they are your terms. Docs
Memberships and paid subscriptions
Sell priority queue access, or anything a group unlocks, as a subscription. A subscription offer can now grant membership of one of your groups, optionally with a Discord role, for as long as it runs. Prices can be in-game money per restart or per month, euros per month through your own Stripe account, or both. Group offers into tier series (Bronze, Silver, Gold): players upgrade right away or downgrade at the next renewal, and you can tie coupons to the tier groups for shop discounts. Spawn subscriptions can now be monthly or paid in euros too. Set it up under Subscriptions → New Offer. Docs
The AI Companion waits for you
The AI Companion can now wait for something and get back to you on its own: ask it to tell you when your emote arrives in the logs, when a player answers a ticket, when an order is delivered or the next kill comes in. A strip above the message field shows what it waits for (stop it with ✕). When the event arrives, the Companion continues the conversation by itself, and a notice tells you if you are elsewhere in the admin area. Waiting is free; each wake-up uses AI credit once. Docs
Nasdara
Nasdara (DayZ Badlands) can be picked in the Map setting. Saving sets it at Nitrado, and the server loads it on its next restart. Docs
iZurvive custom maps
dzbot now keeps the izurvive.json file up to date for iZurvive's new custom server maps. Shop
deliveries and zone markers never show up as buildings on your map. Any mod, for example an arena or a
maze, can be hidden from the map with Hide on iZurvive map in the menu of its details page. This
works for marketplace mods and custom mods. Your own entries in izurvive.json stay.

Monetization guide
A new guide explains how to make support payments work on your server: setting up the support page, giving something back (tiered in-game currency, roles, thank-yous), pricing the shop and keeping loot scarce without pay-to-win. Docs
Good to know
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal cannot be paid, the benefits pause and the subscription ends after 7 days. A permanent ban ends a player's subscriptions at the end of the paid month; per-restart spawns end right away.
- The "Discord Tickets Category" setting is gone. Ticket channels go into the Discord category of their support level, which you now pick under Tickets → Levels. Whatever the setting pointed to was carried over, so no channel moves. Switching a level's category moves its open ticket channels along. Docs
- Servers that had no support level now have level 1 "Support". The bot gives its Discord role to staff with ticket rights (except Discord admins), so they can read ticket channels in Discord. Docs
- Priority changes from group membership now reach the game server within seconds, not at the next daily sync.
- Players see their subscriptions with status, next renewal, cancel/resume, and Stripe's page for payment
method and invoices. Guests see the plans at
/subscriptions. Docs - New action event
player_subscription_changed(started, renewed, payment failed, ended). - New action function
player.transfer_balance(from, to, amount, description)moves money between two players in one step — either both sides are booked or neither. Docs - The AI Companion remembers what it already looked up in a session, so long sessions are faster and use less credit. When you test something in game, it tells you when the newest log arrived and when it makes sense to check again.
- The marketplace action "Donation Rewards" is now "Support Rewards" and can pay a better currency rate for larger payments (tiers). Existing installs keep their settings. Docs
- The guide for connecting ChatGPT or Claude to dzbot shows exactly where to click in each app, and what to do when your company account has custom connectors switched off. Docs
- Access rights are set with icon buttons in Discord's order (deny · neutral · allow), red for deny and green for allow.
- The button for accepting the server rules now just says "Accept rules". Docs
- dzbot.de lists Nintendo Switch 2 as a supported platform, with its own guide for DayZ Cool Edition servers on Nitrado. Docs
Fixed
- Ticket channels are created again when a level's Discord category was deleted: they appear outside any category instead of not at all.
- Files and videos sent in the web app while a ticket had no Discord channel show up in Discord once the channel is created.
- An AI credit top-up paid in the first seconds after checkout could be missing from the organization's accounting; it is now always booked.
- Leaving a poker table could fail when another player acted at the same moment.
- The action docs for
player.change_balanceandfaction.change_balancenow show reading the result asresult.new_balance. - On phones, opening the navigation while the account menu was open no longer leaves both menus stacked.
- Swiping back with the trackpad no longer acts on the list item under the cursor on the page you return to.
