v3.18.0

A small update: the public DayZ map now shows where every item spawns, and device links between accounts hold across all servers of an organization.

Where does this item spawn?

The DayZ map on dzbot.de now answers "where does this item spawn?": search any item by name or class name and the map shows every building it can spawn in on that map, with the loot tier, for Nasdara, Chernarus, Livonia and Sakhal. Each item page in the item database links straight to its spawn spots. Open it at dzbot.de/map and type an item name into the search.

Good to know

  • Device links between accounts now hold on every server of your organization. A player linked as an alt on one server is linked on all your others right away — wallet, all-accounts bans, whitelisting of alt accounts, zones, base alarms, faction tags and leaderboards all see it. Disconnecting a device on one server removes the link everywhere. Docs
  • "Include cross-server alt accounts in ban list" now only reaches your own organization's linked accounts that never played on that server. Docs
  • The map keeps its position when you rotate your phone or resize the window, and a map link pasted into an open tab jumps to the shared spot.

Fixed

  • A new server of an organization showed no device links for players who were already linked on another of its servers.
