Welcome to dzbot. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the dzbot software and services (“Service”) provided by Patrick Siemen. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
dzbot is software designed to help users manage and organize DayZ Game Servers. By using this Service, you confirm that you have the right and permission to manage the servers you connect with through the Service.
To use dzbot, you must create an account by connecting both your Discord and Nitrado accounts via OAuth2 flows. We do not handle passwords, as the authentication process is managed by Discord and Nitrado. The only personal information we access is your Discord username and email address. By using our Service, you agree that:
Users are allowed to share content related to server management, provided the content is appropriate and in compliance with these Terms. You agree that you will:
dzbot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
dzbot offers both a free tier and premium plans that provide additional features. Premium plans are billed monthly, and users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. Refunds are issued for unused days remaining in the current plan if you are not satisfied with our Service. However, we do not provide refunds for days that have already passed.
While the DayZ trademark belongs to Bohemia Interactive, dzbot protects all content generated by users on our platform. Users grant us the rights to use, display, and distribute their content for the operation of the Service. We will pursue legal action against any attempts to scrape or misuse user-generated content for external purposes.
dzbot aims to provide a reliable service but is not liable for the following:
Users are encouraged to report any service-related issues via our Discord, but we do not guarantee compensation for any inconvenience.
dzbot reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time. Additionally, accounts that show no activity for more than 2 weeks may be terminated. Upon termination, user-generated content may be retained indefinitely for potential account recovery, but no guarantee is made. Users who wish to delete their data can contact us as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes will be handled in the court of Oldenburg, Germany.
All disputes regarding the Service will be managed internally by dzbot. By using our Service, you agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against dzbot.
dzbot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email of any changes, and continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
dzbot relies on the APIs of Discord and Nitrado for its functionality. Outages or issues with these services are considered force majeure, and dzbot is not liable for disruptions caused by such external service providers. Users will be informed of these outages via our Discord channel.
