// built-in accounting
Accounting that comes with your server
Once a server takes money, somebody has to keep the books: what came in, what went out, which receipt belongs to which payment. Most owners end up with a spreadsheet and a folder of screenshots — or pay for accounting software on top. dzbot ships with accounting built in, connected to everything that already happens on your server.
Short answer
dzbot includes accounting for your whole organization: player support payments, Stripe fees, VAT and your dzbot subscription are booked automatically, and you add other expenses by hand or by photographing the receipt while the AI drafts the booking. Every booked entry gets a sequential document number, invoices come as PDFs, corrections are traceable reversals and an asset register keeps track of what you own. Built to the German GoBD bookkeeping rules and included in every subscription.
- Platforms
- PC, PlayStation (PS4/PS5), Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2
- Requires
- A DayZ server hosted by Nitrado and a Discord account
- Price
- 10 EUR per server per month, up to 14 days free trial, no credit card
Booked automatically
- Player support payments, split into gross amount, Stripe fees and VAT, with the player who paid.
- Your dzbot subscription and AI credit top-ups, refunds included.
- Purchases from the mod marketplace.
- Payments by PayPal or bank transfer are entered once and count like any other — dzbot warns you before you book the same payment twice.
Receipts in, bookings out
- 01Photograph receipts with your phone or upload them as images or PDFs — several receipts and several pages at once.
- 02The AI works out which pages belong together and reads vendor, date, invoice number, the amounts per VAT rate and a category.
- 03It spots receipts that are already booked and books a known vendor the way you did before.
- 04You get drafts to check. Nothing is booked until you book it.
Built to the GoBD
- Entries start as drafts. Once booked, they cannot be edited or deleted — a correction is a reversal with a reason, and the original stays visible.
- Every booked entry gets a sequential document number, counted per organization across all servers.
- Invoice PDFs for income with your issuer details, generated once and never changed afterwards; a refund issues the cancellation invoice automatically.
- VAT per line item, net and gross; small-business schemes, reverse charge and sales outside the EU are covered.
An inventory of what you own
- An asset register for everything the project bought and still owns — servers, hardware, licences.
- Who holds each item, what it cost, the expense it was bought with and the documents that belong to it.
- The current book value with straight-line depreciation, and a history of every change.
The overview
- A dashboard with this month's and this year's income, expenses and net, a 13-month chart and every category.
- One ledger for all servers of your organization.
- The month's and year's figures in Discord with /org.

One price. Everything included. No other bots.
A DayZ server is more than the game server: it is the Discord around it and the bots that run it. dzbot is 10 EUR per server per month, and that gets you every feature — no free tier with limits, no premium tier, no add-ons, no daily caps. Everything below is in that one price.
- Instead of a kill feed bot: kill feed, damage feed, ready-made feeds you design yourself, leaderboards and bounties
- Instead of a trader or economy bot: trader shop with delivery, balances, faction treasuries and casino
- Instead of Ticket Tool or another ticket bot: tickets with forms, support levels and a web inbox
- Instead of a verification and role bot: account linking and roles that follow the game
- Instead of separate admin tools: bans, whitelist, safe zones, alt detection and searchable logs
- Instead of a PayPal link in a Discord channel: player support payments straight to your bank account, with accounting
Frequently asked questions
Is the accounting included?
Yes. It is part of every dzbot subscription — 10 EUR per server per month with every feature included.
Does the accounting follow the GoBD?
It is built to the German GoBD bookkeeping rules: booked entries cannot be changed or deleted, every correction is a traceable reversal with a reason, document numbers are sequential and invoices are never edited after they were issued.
Can I export the books to my tax software?
An export is in progress. Until then every entry carries its document number, and invoices are available as PDFs.
How do I book my Nitrado costs?
Book the Nitrado credit top-up as an expense and attach the invoice from marbis GmbH, the company behind Nitrado. The deduction for a server extension is not a receipt the tax office accepts.
Does it work for several servers?
Yes. The books belong to your organization and cover all of its servers in one ledger.
