The DayZ bot for PlayStation servers
A DayZ server on PS4 or PS5 cannot run mods, and Nitrado gives you no kill feed, no shop and no way to see what happens on your server. dzbot fills that gap from the outside: it connects to your Nitrado PlayStation server, reads its logs and writes the files a console server does allow. Your players get a kill feed, a trader shop and safe zones, your Discord gets tickets and roles — without a single mod.
Short answer
dzbot is a DayZ server bot for Nitrado-hosted PlayStation servers (PS4 and PS5). One subscription per server covers the kill feed, a trader shop paid with your server's own currency, safe zones, factions, bounties, base alarms, support tickets and Discord roles — so you need no separate kill feed, shop or ticket bot. The new Badlands map Nasdara is supported from release day.
- Platforms
- PC, PlayStation (PS4/PS5), Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2
- Requires
- A DayZ server hosted by Nitrado and a Discord account
- Price
- 10 EUR per server per month, up to 14 days free trial, no credit card
What your PlayStation server gets
- Kill feed and damage feed in Discord and on your server website, with weapon, distance and map position.
- A trader shop paid with your server currency: players order on the server website, from any phone, and the items spawn at their chosen spot after the next restart.
- Safe zones drawn on the map: kills or building inside them are detected and punished automatically.
- Factions with treasuries, bounties, casino games, events, achievements and leaderboards.
- Base alarms in Discord when someone comes near a base.
- Support tickets on the web and in Discord, and Discord roles that follow the game: linked, online, faction, event winner.
- Bans, whitelist, second-account detection, a live map and searchable server logs.
- Player support payments straight to your bank account, with built-in accounting — so the server can pay for itself.
Built for what a PlayStation server allows
Console servers cannot load Workshop mods, but Nitrado lets the server owner change the mission files — the object spawner, the loot table and the gameplay settings. dzbot works through exactly those files: shop orders and spawn subscriptions become object spawner entries that appear after the next restart, and custom content from the dzbot marketplace is installed the same way. You never edit a file yourself.
Players do not need a PC. The shop, the map and the faction pages work in any phone browser, and the everyday actions — balance, shop, orders, bounties, places — are Discord commands as well.
PlayStation extras
- Automatic account linking: if a player has connected their PlayStation Network account to Discord, dzbot finds their in-game player on the first sign-in — no codes, no admin work.
- Second accounts on the same console: DayZ makes a second account on the same PlayStation wait before it can join. dzbot reads that wait from the server log and shows you which account was played before — the usual way banned players come back.
- Nasdara: dzbot supports the new Badlands map from release day on October 15, 2026.
Setup in a few minutes
- 01Sign in on dzbot.de with Discord.
- 02Sign in to Nitrado with the account that owns the PlayStation server. An account that was only granted access cannot connect it.
- 03Pick your server and invite the Discord bot with one link.
- 04Choose the channels for kill feed, tickets and alerts in the setup assistant. That is it.
Limits worth knowing
- dzbot only works with servers hosted by Nitrado, because it uses the Nitrado API.
- Feeds, alarms and safe zone checks follow the logs Nitrado delivers, usually 5–15 minutes after the fact. No console bot can stop a shot; dzbot reacts to it.
- Shop orders arrive after the next restart. Let dzbot run your restarts so deliveries are never missed.
One price. Everything included. No other bots.
A DayZ server is more than the game server: it is the Discord around it and the bots that run it. dzbot is 10 EUR per server per month, and that gets you every feature — no free tier with limits, no premium tier, no add-ons, no daily caps. Everything below is in that one price.
- Instead of a kill feed bot: kill feed, damage feed, ready-made feeds you design yourself, leaderboards and bounties
- Instead of a trader or economy bot: trader shop with delivery, balances, faction treasuries and casino
- Instead of Ticket Tool or another ticket bot: tickets with forms, support levels and a web inbox
- Instead of a verification and role bot: account linking and roles that follow the game
- Instead of separate admin tools: bans, whitelist, safe zones, alt detection and searchable logs
- Instead of a PayPal link in a Discord channel: player support payments straight to your bank account, with accounting
Frequently asked questions
Does dzbot work on PS5 and PS4 DayZ servers?
Yes, on every DayZ PlayStation server hosted by Nitrado, PS4 and PS5 alike.
Can I have a trader on a PlayStation DayZ server?
Yes. Trader mods are not possible on console, so the dzbot trader is a shop on your server website: players pay with your server currency and the items spawn at their chosen spot after the next restart.
Can I set up safe zones on a PlayStation server?
Yes. You draw them on the map, and dzbot detects kills or building inside them and warns, fines or bans automatically. Like every console bot it cannot prevent the shot itself.
Do I still need other Discord bots?
Not for your DayZ community: kill feed, shop and economy, tickets and roles are all part of dzbot. Only if you want general chat features such as auto-moderation, polls or giveaways do you need a second bot.
How much does dzbot cost?
10 EUR per server per month with every feature included — no free tier, no premium tier, no add-ons. You can test it free for 14 days without a credit card.
