Removes all motorbikes from the map's vehicle spawns

Remove Motorbikes

Takes the motorbikes out of the map's vehicle spawns.

• No new motorbikes: the motorbike event and its spawn points are removed from db/events.xml and cfgeventspawns.xml
• Existing motorbikes despawn: motorbikes that are already on the map belong to an event that no longer exists, so they disappear after the next restart

All other vehicles stay as they are. Motorbikes ordered through the shop are not affected.

Install it after Boosted Cars. Mods further down the list win: if Boosted Cars comes after this mod, it adds the motorbike event back (without any motorbikes in it). Changes apply after the next restart.
