Reports kills on fresh spawns to Discord and counts them per player
Track when players kill freshly spawned players: by default the kills dzbot marks as Spawn Kill (server setting "PvP kill: minimum victim survival time"), or your own limit in minutes. We trigger a discord message and increase a "fresh_spawn_kills" player variable which you can see on the player detail page.
