Pay players for kills and optionally fine the victims, with spawn-kill and K/D rules
A way for players to earn currency by killing other players. Can also add a penalty to victims for being killed. Both fields are optional, whenever one is set the feature is active (leave the other empty when you only need one). Optionally, kills on fresh spawns or on players below a minimum K/D pay no reward, and the reward can follow the victim's K/D in tiers.
