Bans players who dismantle other people's bases outside your raid times
Bans players who take apart a base they do not belong to, outside your raid times. DayZ logs this as dismantling ("Dismantled Upper Wooden Wall from Fence with Hatchet"); destroying a part at once, e.g. with a chainsaw, is covered by Raid Autoban, explosives by Explosive Raid Autoban. Same raid windows, ban settings, filter and report-only mode as Raid Autoban, and the same base side: its builders, their other accounts, their factions and allied factions — except that taking parts off does not count as building. Owners take their own walls down all the time, so every doubt ends in no ban: nothing happens where no known base stands, at a base where nobody has built enough to tell whose it is, or at a base none of its builders has built at or raised the flag on for 45 days (abandoned; configurable). A friend who lives at a base without having built there or joined the owner's faction is banned too — try it in report-only mode first.
