Acts on brand-new Discord accounts, a common sign of ban evasion: ban, DM, ticket and more
Runs on support reviews for a freshly created Discord account — a common sign of ban evasion. It is built from independent steps, each switched on or off by itself: ban the affected players, send them a DM, open a ticket, close the review, post to a Discord channel. On a reopening, only the newly joined account is affected.
