Transactions
This page describes the server-wide transaction overview in the admin area.
Navigation path:
Server Admin->Transactions
Use this screen when you need to review money movement across multiple players without opening each player profile individually.
What the overview shows
- player balance transactions from across the current server
- transaction description, category, timestamp, and signed amount
- the affected player, with direct links into player details
This page is intentionally read-only. It does not create, edit, or delete transactions.
If staff need to change a player's balance, use:
Server Admin->Players->Player details->Transactions
Filters
The overview supports the same transaction-style filtering used elsewhere in the product, plus a server-wide player selector:
- player
- description search
- date/time range
- amount range
- category chips
Use these filters together when investigating refunds, admin balance changes, scripted rewards, casino payouts, or player-to-player transfers.
Permissions and access rights
- Viewing the overview requires
players.view. - Changing balances is not possible from this screen.
- Balance updates remain on the player detail page and require
players.change_money.
