Dashboard

The admin dashboard gives operators a compact overview of server activity, ticket workload, and casino usage.

Navigation path:

  • Server Admin -> Dashboard

Access requirements

The dashboard is available to admins with any admin access to the current server.

Layout

The page is split into three tabs:

  • Server: player activity, order counters, and player-count comparison against other Nitrado servers
  • Tickets: ticket volume, ticket status distribution, supporter writing activity, and assignee distribution
  • Casino: per-game usage and economy statistics for slot machine, wheel of fortune, and blackjack

Server tab

The Server tab contains:

  • new devices in the last 24 h
  • peak online players
  • due and recently delivered shop orders
  • online-player history with a 7-day average overlay for 24 h and 7 d
  • optional player-count comparison against additional servers with 1 d and 7 d ranges
  • new devices per day for 7 d and 30 d

Interpretation note:

  • player activity is based on raw PlayerSession overlaps, so the online chart and peak metric count concurrent player sessions instead of unique devices

Tickets tab

The Tickets tab contains:

  • ticket counts by status
  • tickets created over the last 14 days
  • supporter message volume for 24 h, 7 d, and 30 d
  • ticket assignee distribution for 24 h, 7 d, and 30 d

Casino tab

The Casino tab shows separate statistics for:

  • Slot Machine
  • Wheel of Fortune
  • Blackjack

For each game, the dashboard shows:

  • a per-card timeframe selector for 24 h, 7 d, 30 d, and all time
  • number of games played in the selected timeframe
  • net economy impact in the selected timeframe
  • top 10 players by games played in the selected timeframe

Performance note:

  • casino cards load their data only when the Casino tab is opened
  • changing the timeframe reloads only the affected game card

Interpretation note:

  • net economy impact is the summed player transaction balance for that game in the selected window
  • negative values mean the game removed currency from players overall
  • positive values mean the game added currency to players overall
