Server Support

This page explains how players can support the server through the shop area.

Shop → Support the Server

The link only appears in the navigation when the server owner has connected a payment account and completed onboarding, and when the player has the support.access right.

Making a payment​

  1. Open the Support page.
  2. Choose a preset amount, or pick Custom and enter any amount. The chosen amount is shown large at the top of the payment card.
  3. Click the support button — you will be redirected to the payment provider's secure checkout.
  4. Complete the payment and you will be returned to the shop.

The minimum amount is €10.00. The maximum per payment is set by the server (Maximum single payment setting); presets above it are hidden and the button stays disabled for larger custom amounts. Both limits are shown next to the amount.

Your payment history​

Below the support button you see how much you have supported the server in total. Show payments expands every one of your payments on this server with its date and amount.

Fees​

You pay exactly the amount you choose. No fees are visible to or charged on top of the player's payment.

Introduction text​

If the server admin has configured a custom introduction text, it is displayed next to the payment card (above it on phones). Otherwise a default introduction text is shown.
